INDUQUANT receives support from the State Research Agency (AEI) in the call for Technology and Innovation Platforms.

Promoted by Euskampus Fundazioa, Donostia International Physics Centre (DIPC) and the Spanish Association of Science Industry (INEUSTAR), the INDUQUANT Technology and Innovation Platform has received explicit support for the proposal submitted to the State Research Agency (AEI).

In a context marked by the launch and promotion of a growing number of initiatives related to the development of Quantum Technologies at international, national and regional level, there is a growing need to coordinate and structure the Spanish science, technology and innovation system for Quantum Technologies.

An ecosystem that, beyond a Spanish Strategy for Quantum Technologies, needs tools for participation and coordination to promote an emerging sector in which the connection between the supply and demand for knowledge will be key if, as intended, the conditions are to be created to promote a Spanish quantum technologies industry at the international level. 
This explicit support from the AEI, in addition to confirming the interest in the proposal submitted, will make it possible to address the public launch of INDUQUANT over the coming months. A national platform open to all agents that are interested in promoting the development of quantum technologies.
