Privacy policy
The purpose of this privacy policy is to provide information regarding the processing of personal data carried out by INDUQUANT and to describe the rights of data subjects, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2.1. Membership application
EUSKAMPUS FUNDAZIOA will process your data for the purpose of managing your application for membership of the association/platform, as well as maintaining the relationship arising from that status and carrying out the necessary communications for the development of the activity (e.g. notices of meetings, activities, news of interest, agreements adopted and internal communications). Likewise, if you authorise us to do so, your identifying data may be published on the platform, to which the other members will have access, in order to facilitate interaction, collaboration and participation in the platform's activities.
Legal basis: The legal basis for processing is the execution of the legal relationship arising from your registration request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). In the case of informative or participatory communications related to the activity, the processing is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of EUSKAMPUS FUNDAZIOA to ensure internal functioning, communication between members and participation in activities (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). In the case of the publication of your data on the platform, the basis that legitimises the processing is your consent through the box provided for this purpose in the registration form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention period: Your data will be retained for the duration of the relationship and will subsequently be blocked for the period of time necessary to meet any legal obligations.
Recipients: No data will be communicated to third parties unless legally required.
Rights: You may exercise your data protection rights as indicated in the ‘Exercising Your Rights’ section of this Privacy Policy.
2.2. Management of requests for information
EUSKAMPUS FUNDAZIOA will process your data for the purpose of managing your queries and requests for information.
Legal basis: The basis that legitimises the processing of your data is the consent given when filling in the form and accepting the privacy policy (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention period: Your data will be kept for the time necessary to respond to your request.
Recipients: No data will be communicated to third parties unless legally required.
Rights: You may exercise your data protection rights as indicated in the ‘Exercise of Rights’ section of this Privacy Policy.
We inform you that you may exercise the following rights:
- Right of access to your personal data to find out which data is being processed;

- Right to erase your personal data, where possible;
- Right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data when the accuracy, legality or necessity of the data processing is doubtful, in which case we may retain the data for the exercise or defence of claims.

- EUSKAMPUS FUNDAZIOA will cease to process your data unless it has a compelling legitimate interest or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.
- Right to data portability, when the legal basis enabling us to process your data is your consent.
These rights may be exercised free of charge by the data subject, and where applicable, by their representative, by sending a written request to lopd@euskampus.eu.
In addition to the above rights, the data subject shall have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time without such withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal. EUSKAMPUS FUNDAZIOA may continue to process the data subject's data to the extent permitted by applicable law.
EUSKAMPUS FUNDAZIOA reminds the interested party that they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they consider that there has been a breach of data protection legislation with regard to the processing of their personal data.
EUSKAMPUS FUNDAZIOA undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy regarding personal data and its duty to store it, and will take the necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with the provisions of applicable regulations.
